Corjanne van Drimmelen Bio

Corjanne van Drimmelen is a managing director and head of talent, Europe in our London office. She works with employees across PSG and its portfolio to enhance individual performance and growth, optimize firm-wide dynamics and culture. In her previous role, she acted as interim Chief People Officer at Banking Circle. Prior to Banking Circle, Corjanne re-joined the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley to lead talent management and development across the EMEA region. She was a member of the management team. In 2009, Corjanne founded Structure Talent, an executive coaching and talent development consultancy. She worked with individual professionals and teams in the financial services sector and corporations focusing on leadership development, employee engagement and cultural change. Prior to Structure Talent, Corjanne developed her talent management experience in the Investment Banking Divisions of Morgan Stanley and UBS.
