Aneesh Maloo Bio

Aneesh Maloo is a managing director on the operations team in our London office. Prior to PSG, Aneesh was a Transaction Services Partner with FTI Consulting in London. He co-founded the European Transaction Services practice for FTI in 2013 and grew it to a team of 45 members from zero. He joined FTI Consulting after a 7-year career as a Director with the KPMG Private Equity Group in London where he focused on large and mid-size private equity clients. Prior to his role with the KPMG Private Equity Group Aneesh was also one of the co-founders of the Transaction Services practice for KPMG In India. He has 20+ years of experience performing financial due diligences (both on the buy and sell side) for sponsors. Aneesh holds a Chartered Accountants degree from India.
