Naimish has a unique combination of experience as both an owner and an investor, having spent more than 20 years in private equity and seven years as a founder-operator. Naimish led the initial platform investment of Cumming in 2006, which also marked the beginning of the long and productive relationship between Naimish and Finlay. After a successful exit from that investment in 2016, Naimish co-founded Tru Family Dental with another member of the Providus team, Brandon Halcott. As CEO of Tru Family Dental, Naimish completed more than 20 acquisitions and grew the startup to more than $50 million in enterprise value, generating an exceptional return for investors. To date, Naimish has transacted more than $500 million in private equity partnerships.
