Finlay Cumming Bio

Finlay founded Cumming Group, Inc. in 1996, since which time he has grown it (both organically and through strategic acquisitions) into an international project, construction, and cost management consultancy with annual revenues exceeding $500 million. Under Finlay’s leadership, Cumming has achieved two successful private equity sales and is now with its third private equity owner. Finlay knows what it is like to be a business owner in partnership with a private equity company, because he’s successfully done it multiple times. He brings this knowledge and experience to Providus, along with his passion for helping businesses be great.
