Nicole DeCristofaro Bio

Nicole joined Providence in 2018 and is a senior vice president on the human capital management team focused on talent management for the firm. Nicole DeCristofaro is a senior vice president on the human capital management team based in our Providence office, where she focuses on talent management for the firm. She founded the Providence Women’s Roundtable and is an active member of the firm’s D&I committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2018, she was a human resources business partner at Swarovski North America. Ms. DeCristofaro holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in art history and a minor in history and religious studies from Alfred University.
