Samuel Jolly Bio

Samuel Jolly is a Principal at Prospect and has been in the finance industry since 2012. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments in CLOs. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2012 through 2020, Samuel worked in a variety of roles at Nomura Securities International. Most recently, Samuel was working in the CLO Origination team at Nomura. He was primarily responsible for the structuring and documentation of new issue CLO transactions and financing warehouses. Samuel received his BS from the Fordham University.
