Brett Moore Jr. Bio

Brett Moore Jr. serves as Partner – Real Estate at Promus Capital Management. He joined Promus under its prior ownership in 2020 and co-leads the firm’s real estate platform, which includes Promus Realty and Promus Realty Properties. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, closing, and managing both direct investments and GP/fund investments across the real estate platform. Brett has more than 17 years of investment experience. Prior to Promus, he spent eight years at RDG Funds, serving as a Partner beginning in 2015. Before RDG, he was a member of the proprietary fixed-income trading group at Gelber Group and part of the Federal Trading team at Traditum Group. Brett earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a registered member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and an honorary member of Rho Epsilon Student Real Estate Association at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He lives in Winnetka, Illinois, with his wife, Katie, and their three children. Promus Capital Management is a division of Waverly Advisors, which was formed following Waverly’s November 2025 acquisition of select Promus business lines.
