Lisa Padalko is a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team, where she focuses on financing initiatives for all single-family rental investment vehicles. Lisa began her career at Pretium in 2014 as one of it’s early employees, and has contributed to the growth and innovation of the single-family rental financing markets. Lisa received a Bachelor's of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba.
