Jeffrey Meriggi Bio

Jeffrey Meriggi is the Chief Business Affairs & Legal Officer for Pretium, where he is responsible for leading Legal & Compliance and helped establish Corporate Affairs and Corporate Impact. He is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, Operating Committee, and Compensation Committee.​ Prior to joining Pretium in 2014, Jeff was a Vice President at Pine River Capital Management, where he advised Pine River and Silver Bay Realty Trust, the first publicly traded single-family-rental company, on transactional matters. Prior to Pine River, Jeff was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he focused on real estate, private equity, and corporate finance.​ Jeff received a Bachelor's in History from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated as the valedictorian, and a JD from Columbia Law School.​
