Chris Weidler Bio

Chris Weidler is Chief Financial Officer at Pretium, where he is responsible for the firm’s accounting, reporting, and budgeting processes. Chris is a member of the firm's Executive Committee, Operations Committee, and Compensation Committee. Prior to joining Pretium in 2017, Chris was Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Apollo Global Management. Prior to Apollo, he was Managing Director and Financial Controller of the Americas at Barclays, where his roles included Global Head of U.S. GAAP Technical Accounting and Global Head of Financial Reporting. Previously, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris received a Bachelor's in Accounting from Villanova University.
