Michelle Nunez, SPHR Bio

Michelle currently serves as Managing Director – Human Resources for Prairie Capital where her focus is to assist our portfolio companies with their human capital efforts. Prior to that she was a Partner in the Retirement and Investment Practice for Aon Hewitt, focusing on post-merger integration and retention strategies, initiatives and solutions, and strategic planning. Michelle has also held a variety of senior level Human Resource roles with Ennis Knupp & Associates, Zurich Insurance, KPMG, LLP, and as a Human Capital Consultant focusing on M&A activities, organizational design, leadership development and recruiting and retention.
