Greg Durkin Bio

Greg currently serves as General Counsel of Prairie Capital. Prior to Prairie, Greg was a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where his practice focused on representing clients in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, non-control investments and joint ventures. Greg began his legal career at Sidley Austin LLP.
