Peter has over 30 years’ experience as a developer within the residential sector, with an architecturally trained background, having a technical knowledge with a commercial outlook relating to the design and efficiencies and broad experience of managing across multiple disciplines including design, planning and development. With a proven track record of delivering a range of schemes and taking projects from initial design through to planning consent including negotiation of section 106 and CIL, and the deliver of technical/construction working drawings thereafter. Peter is assisting in the delivery of the Welborne Garden Village Centre and liaising with our Joint Venture Developer partners.
