Prior to joining Pollen Street Team in 2015, Elaine spent 8 years in the operations group at D. E. Shaw & Co (now Arcesium), primarily supporting the asset-backed securities strategy. She graduated with a BSc in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
