Erik Rauterkus Bio

Erik joined Riverarch Equity Partners in October 2024 to start Riverarch’s Portfolio Value Creation function. Prior to joining Riverarch, Erik worked at KKR, a leading global private equity firm, on their Portfolio Value Creation and Operations team (Capstone). Erik focused on supporting and growing KKR’s Health Care Strategic Growth investments during his time at KKR. Prior to that, Erik co-founded and scaled an air conditioning manufacturing business in New York and spent time at The Boston Consulting Group in both Philadelphia and New York. Erik received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science at Swarthmore College.
