Ryan Richardson Bio

Ryan joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2022. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Ryan served as a Vice President within Piper Sandler's diversified industrials & services investment banking group. Additionally, Ryan spent several years with BB&T Capital Markets and JP Morgan's investment banking groups, serving companies across a range of industries including specialty distribution, services, manufacturing, and building products. Prior to banking, Ryan worked in the data analytics field. Ryan is a director of 4 State Trucks, Alinabal, RIE Coatings and Thaler Machine. Ryan was previously a director of The Industrial Service Group. Ryan received a BS in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA with high honors from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
