Lauren DiSilva Bio

Lauren joined Plexus in 2020. She is responsible for creating, leading, and overseeing administrative functionalities across the company. Prior to Plexus, Lauren worked at Audax Group in Boston, MA where she supported the executive and business development teams. Lauren began her career at Marriott International as an Event Manager where she executed a wide array of events such as business meetings, galas, and weddings. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Administration.
