AJ Hamel Bio

AJ joined Plexus in 2021 and is a Vice President on the investment team. AJ focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and sourcing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Plexus, AJ worked as an Analyst at Banbury Partners, a Long/Short Equity fund based in Charlotte, NC. Prior to Banbury, AJ began his career at Guggenheim Partners in their High-Yield Investment Group. AJ is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy.
