Trent Bonnell Bio

Trent Bonnell is responsible for managing the transition of newly acquired companies into Platinum Equity’s portfolio. He also has responsibilities related to post-transition monitoring and oversight of operational performance at certain portfolio companies. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2019, Mr. Bonnell served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at GardaWorld Security Corporation. He also held positions at Alvarez & Marsal where he focused on performance improvement and operational turnarounds. Mr. Bonnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
