Jonathan Lee Bio

Jonathan (Jon) Lee is responsible for the structuring and execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions. He also has responsibilities related to post-acquisition monitoring and oversight of operational performance at certain portfolio companies. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2018, Mr. Lee worked at H.I.G. Capital, where he was focused on growth investments in technology and healthcare. Prior to H.I.G., Mr. Lee worked in the investment banking division of Jefferies. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the College of William & Mary.
