Mr. Settembrino has over 15 years of private equity investing and advisory experience and is responsible for all investments and operations. He is Chairman of the Board of all portfolio companies. Prior to founding Pine Tree Equity, Mr. Settembrino was a Principal of Trivest Partners, the oldest private equity firm in the Southeast. Before joining Trivest Partners, Mr. Settembrino was with Fir Tree Partners, a multibillion dollar private investment firm. He started his career as an investment banker with Bear Stearns. Mr. Settembrino earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
