Francois Fauteux Bio

Prior to establishing Phoenix Partners, François led the private equity team in Eastern Canada at a Bank-owned private equity group for over 10 years. He began his career in corporate and commercial finance. During his entire career, François has been involved both on the sell side and buy side working with SME operating in traditional industries. His strengths are in deal sourcing, relationship building and transaction negotiations. François is Chairman of Nita Inc. He is a Director of Alcor Matériaux de Toiture Inc. and Groupe BBH Inc. He holds an MBA from McGill University and an undergraduate degree in finance from HEC Montréal.
