Ryan Shelton Bio

Ryan Shelton is a Principal at Pharos Capital Group. Mr. Shelton is responsible for evaluating and executing investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Mr. Shelton currently serves on the boards of Alereon, Baroco Corporation, Family Treatment Network, FasPsych, and Vantage Surgical Solutions. Mr. Shelton also currently works with the firm's investment in Reel FX. Mr. Shelton joined Pharos as a Financial Analyst after graduating with high honors from the University of Texas in 2006 with a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics. Prior to joining Pharos, he worked at Fowler Valuation Services in Austin, Texas where he valued small and medium sized businesses for estate planning, shareholder buyouts, and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Shelton is based out of the firm's Dallas office.
