A member of Pfingsten's Finance and Administration Team since joining the firm in 2000, Norma is responsible for the firm's office operations, providing leadership in the areas of facility management, budgeting, procurement, human resources and information technology. In addition, Norma works collaboratively to support Pfingsten's investor relations, compliance, continuous improvement, best practice exchange forums and marketing initiatives.
