He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities including investment selection, due diligence, company strategy, integration of add-on acquisitions, global sourcing, continuous improvement, and portfolio company management. As a member of our operating team for over 20 years, John has partnered with management teams in many industries including building products, replacement parts, and specialty distribution.
