Mathieu Antonini Bio

Mathieu joined Perwyn in 2022, as a Partner, a member of the Investment Committee and leads Perwyn’s development in France and Southern Europe. Prior to Perwyn, Mathieu spent 20 years at ARDIAN where he grew from sole junior executive in his team to Managing Director and Head of France in the BuyOut Activity. While at ARDIAN, Mathieu invested a total of EUR1.5 billion of equity through 12 buyout transactions with values ranging gradually from EUR15 million to more than EUR1.5 billion. He was also involved in the fund raising of several European buyout funds with size from EUR400 million to EUR4.0 billion. Mathieu began his career at Schroder Ventures (now Permira) in Paris and Saint Gobain Brazil in Sao Paulo.
