Andrew is a Partner and Head of Capital Formation at Perwyn and member of the Investment Committee. Prior to Perwyn, Andrew was a Managing Director and Head of EMEA Private Capital Advisory at Greenhill & Co. International LLP, focused on institutional investor coverage, business development, deal origination and execution. Andrew principally advised clients on structuring transactions and raising capital for single assets, multi-assets and funds in relation to private equity, credit and infrastructure investment strategies and managed investor relationships across Europe, the Middle East and America. Prior to joining Greenhill, Andrew spent 5 years at Silverfleet Capital, a European mid-market private equity firm, as Head of Investor Relations and Investment Committee member. Prior to that, Andrew spent over 15 years at Credit Suisse in investment banking, raising capital for a number of buyout, energy, credit and infrastructure investment strategies, advising on transactions totalling in excess of $18.5bn.
