Prishi focuses on legal and structuring issues relating to the structure, formation and ongoing operation and administration of the Permira funds. Prior to joining Permira, Prishi worked for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as a solicitor in the Private Funds group. Prior to that he spent four years with Proskauer Rose (UK) LLP and two years with Clifford Chance LLP. Prishi holds a degree in Law from SOAS, University of London, England.
