Peter is the Global General Counsel of Permira and responsible for legal and structuring issues relating to the structure, formation and ongoing operation of Permira private equity and credit funds. He is also responsible for legal and structuring issues relating to the Permira group itself. Prior to joining Permira, he worked as a solicitor for Clifford Chance in the Private Equity Group. Peter has a degree in Law from Southampton University, England.
