John Findlay Bio

John joined Periscope in 2013 and is a Partner. He is responsible for deal execution, monitoring existing investments and thesis generation. John currently serves on the boards of MAS, WPAS, and Uprise Health. He previously served on the boards of Power Digital, Sentrics and MicroMass. Prior to joining Periscope Equity, John was a Senior Associate at Lone Star Funds, where he evaluated and executed new investment opportunities in financial services and business services companies. During his time at Lone Star Funds, he served as interim CFO of Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Prior to Lone Star Funds, John was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Piper Sandler Companies specializing in merger and acquisitions, strategic alternatives and capital raising advisory assignments. John received a BSM in finance and accounting, Beta Gamma Sigma and magna cum laude, from Tulane University.
