Aaron Dlugos Bio

Aaron joined Periscope in 2025 and is a Vice President. He is responsible for deal execution, monitoring existing investments and overseeing the development and implementation of value creation strategies. Prior to joining Periscope Equity, Aaron was a Senior Associate at Incline Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he was primarily focused on making control investments into business services and specialty distribution assets. During his time at Incline, he was responsible for initiating and executing investment opportunities, managing due diligence, and working with portfolio company management teams. Prior to Incline, Aaron was an investment banker at KeyBanc Capital Markets where he executed sell-side M&A transactions for clients across various sectors. Aaron received a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
