Adam Paley Bio

Adam, our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, leads the firm’s finance, operational and compliance functions. Prior to joining Periphas in 2024, Adam served in a similar role as both CFO and CCO at Vine Alterative Investments, a private equity firm, where he was responsible for all financial reporting, investment operations and compliance functions for the firm. He previously worked as a Senior Auditor in the Financial Services practice at BDO and an Accountant at Citrin Cooperman.
