Michael Ciaglia Bio

Mike co-founded Performant in 2019 and co-leads its Investment Committee. Mike is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, overseeing due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, portfolio management and investor relations. Prior to co-founding Performant, Mike was an software operator with multiple exits, selling his first business into a portfolio company of Aurora Capital. Subsequently he successfully completed a roll up in the SEO SaaS vertical with an exit to Alpine Investors. Mike holds a Engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and resides in Winnetka with his wife and 3 sons.
