Jeff Dillon Bio

Jeff co-founded Performant in 2019 and co-leads its Investment Committee. Jeff is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, overseeing due diligence, portfolio management and investor relations - with a particular focus on the technology needs of current portfolio companies. Prior to co-founding Performant, Jeff was CTO of Numerator, a Vista Equity portfolio company. Previous to Numerator, Jeff spent nine years working in the proprietary trading industry as partner and lead technologist at Allston Trading. Jeff studied Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and resides in Naperville with his wife and 2 daughters
