Chris Mclaughlin Bio

Chris co-founded Performant in 2019 and co-leads its Investment Committee. Chris is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, overseeing due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, portfolio management and investor relations - with a particular focus on capital markets. Prior to co-founding Performant, Chris spent 17 years in principal investing roles with CIVC Partners and TA Associates. An Atlanta native, Chris holds a BSBA from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Chris lives in Wilmette with his wife, son, and daughter.
