Mr. Reals is a Managing Director of Performance Equity and a member of its Investment Committee. Prior to joining Performance Equity, Mr. Reals was a Portfolio Manager in the General Motors Investment Management (GMIMCo) Private Equity Group. Prior to joining GMIMCo in 1998, Mr. Reals worked at Advent International in London, Hong Kong and Boston, where he sourced, analyzed, valued and executed investment opportunities. Prior to Advent, Mr. Reals worked as a consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance focusing primarily on international business development strategies. He is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Reals received his undergraduate degree from Colgate University.
