Dave is a Partner of Pencarrow. Prior to joining Pencarrow, Dave was a managing director at investment bank, Jarden, and has over 20 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions, divestments, corporate finance and capital raisings. Dave has a BCom in Finance, and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Otago. Dave is currently a director of Shoof, Pet Direct and Alleva.
