Mark Bryan Bio

Mark is a Managing Director at Pemba and has over two decades of experience in analysing and investing in both private and public markets, a proven track record of leading successful ASX IPOs, including MYOB, ELMO, Whispir, and ReadyTech. In the private sector, he has led various software investments, including the public-to-private transaction of MSL Solutions from the ASX to create Oolio, and investments in SuperConcepts, Locatrix, Droppoint, and Curatio to form RxPx. His background includes senior research roles at Wilsons, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank. Mark is a Fellow of the CPA, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors and has a Bachelor of Economics.
