Sam Kogan Bio

Sam is a Principal at PCM and he was involved in the firm’s investments in The Fertility Partners, EHN Canada and Victoria Park Medispa. He is currently actively involved in value creation activities at The Fertility Partners, EHN Canada and VP. Prior to joining PCM, Sam spent nearly four years as an Associate and Senior Associate at Onex Partners, one of the oldest and most successful private equity firms globally. At Onex, Sam gained experience in the healthcare, retail, consumer products and services and industrial sectors. During his time at Onex, Sam was involved in five transactions, including two platform acquisitions, two large follow-on acquisitions and one company sale, with total enterprise value of over $3.3B. Sam started his career in investment banking at TD Securities’ M&A practice where he was involved in a number of transactions and projects in a variety of industries, including real estate, financial services, and retail. Sam has also worked as an interim CFO of a property maintenance company. Sam holds a BBA (with Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University and BMath (with Distinction) from the University of Waterloo.
