Diane Gallo Bio

Diane joined Pelican Energy Partners in August of 2024 as the CHRO. She works with both the Pelican Energy Partners team and portfolio companies to grow businesses through people. Her background includes HR leadership roles in start-ups to Fortune 5 companies in a variety of industries. Most recently, she consulted to individuals and businesses on matters relating to leadership development, team development and career strategy. Diane graduated from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and received her master’s in human resources at Houston Christian University. She was also chosen to attend executive development programs at Wharton, Cornell and The University of North Carolina. She is an active volunteer at Houston Pets Alive and part of a county animal advocacy group helping to promote pet wellness and legislation to protect animals. Her passions include dogs, international travel and hiking. Diane and her husband Douglas reside in Houston with two Vizslas.
