Fernanda Garrelhas is a Partner at Patria and our Head of Private Equity M&A. Ms. Garrelhas is primarily responsible for the M&A projects at Patria’s invested companies and previously worked in new business developments, focused on investing Fund V. Before joining Patria, Ms. Garrelhas worked at Banco Santander’s asset management division as an analyst. She was also the Chief Financial Officer of Junior Alimentos, a financial manager and controller of Veloce, a member of the M&A team of Anhanguera Educacional, and a business analyst at Anhembi Morumbi. Ms. Garrelhas holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from both Universidade de São Paulo and École Centrale de Lyon.
