Ana Santos Bio

Ana Santos is a Partner at Patria and our Head of Human Resources. Ms. Santos's primary responsibilities include supervising all HR teams and activities, as well as supporting the diversification, expansion, and globalization of the firm businesses. Before taking over as Managing Director and Head of HR, she served as the Head of HR for the Private Equity business unit. Before joining Patria in 2020, Ms. Santos acquired extensive experience in Human Resources strategic management and was part of multinational companies from different market sectors such as Coca-Cola, Schering-Plough, Abbot, Marfrig, Carrefour, Telefônica, and most recently, Walmart Brazil. She was also a Counselor Member for VisaoPrev and Enactus Brazil. Ms. Santos holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UFRJ and a post-graduation degree in Human Resources from PUC. She also studied in a specialization course at Stanford and has an executive MBA from COPPEAD at UFRJ.
