Bhavna Katkar Bio

Bhavna Katkar is a Partner and the Head of Human Capital and Corporate Affairs at Patient Square Capital. Ms. Katkar has over 25 years of experience and leadership across firm operations, human capital, corporate affairs, capital formation, and ESG. Prior to Patient Square, Ms. Katkar served as the Head of Strategic Initiatives and Human Capital at private investment firms Veritas Capital and BC Partners. Before these roles, Ms. Katkar was a founding member of Navab Capital Partners, serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Human Capital. Formerly, Ms. Katkar spent ten years at KKR where she led private markets human capital for the Americas while partnering closely with Mr. Momtazee and several other members of the Patient Square team. Earlier in her career, Ms. Katkar held various positions at Bear Stearns including Head of Human Capital for the Fixed Income Division. She began her career at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Katkar holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and an M.S., with Honors, from the London School of Economics.
