Lukas Bucher Bio

Lukas Bucher is part of the Private Equity Services business unit, based in Zug, and sits on the Private Equity Direct Co-Investments, extension secondaries and direct lead growth investments in Services Investment Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Foncia, Key Retirement Group, Techem and International Schools Partnership. Previously, Lukas was Head of Human Resources and a member of the Global Executive Board, and has been with Partners Group since 2008, with 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group and was part of the Insurance Practice Group. He holds an MBA from INSEAD Paris, France and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.
