Dr. Marcel Erni is the Co-Founder of Partners Group. He is an executive member of Partners Group Holding AG’s Board of Directors, based in Zug. He is also a member of the Corporate Development Committee, Investment Oversight Committee and Thematic Relative Value Committee. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of Partners Group until June 2017. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm’s current portfolio companies AMMEGA and Telepass. Prior to founding Partners Group, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. and McKinsey & Co. He has over 31 years of industry experience and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Illinois and a PhD in finance and banking from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
