Dirk directs Parabellum Investments’ M&A strategy and execution, including the identification of potential targets, investor and third-party management, and overseeing all related research and due diligence processes. He works across the entire fund portfolio where he is also tasked with raising debt- and equity capital. Dirk has many years’ leadership experience within M&A and investment banking. Prior to joining Parabellum Investments, he was a Vice President in the Tech, Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking practice at Jefferies in New York. Here he advised across a range of sell-side & buy-side transactions including a wide range of M&A and capital raising transactions across public and private markets. Dirk also previously worked within M&A and equity research at Deloitte & Touche and Deutsche Bank, respectively.
