Lynn Skillen is Head of Operations at Palm Peak Capital, where he oversees portfolio company operations and serves on its Investment Committee. He has over 40 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, and C-suite operations. Prior to joining Palm Peak, Mr. Skillen was the Chief Financial Officer at Sonny’s Enterprises, a car wash equipment manufacturer. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Sun Capital based in their Boca Raton, Florida headquarters, where he led the Group CFO Operations Team and oversight for select Sun Capital’s portfolio companies. Prior to his 15 years at Sun Capital, Mr. Skillen spent 25 years as an executive of various privately-owned and sponsor-backed companies including Safelite AutoGlass, Snappy Car Rental, and Dollar Car Rental. Mr. Skillen received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University.
