Michael Chalhub Bio

Mr. Chalhub is a Partner of Palm Beach Capital and has been with the firm since 2007. Michael’s primary responsibility is working with portfolio companies to maximize value growth with a focus on areas such as infrastructure development, continuous process improvement, add-on acquisitions, revenue growth strategies, strategic deal structuring, trade compliance, risk management, and debt restructuring. Michael’s 25-years of broad-based experience includes over 15 years in private equity as well as holding various c-level operating company roles in finance, compliance, and operations within the logistics, e-commerce, and business service sectors. Michael started a middle-market management consulting firm, founded a transit advertising company, and co-founded a healthcare software solutions firm. Michael began his career with KPMG and Coca-Cola Enterprises. He is a certified public accountant and graduated with highest honors from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
