Mr. Nugent is a West Palm Beach native and Vice President at Palm Beach Capital. His primary responsibilities include structuring and negotiating transactions, performing financial and operational due diligence, reviewing legal due diligence, arranging debt financing, managing the closing process of transactions, and working with portfolio companies on various strategic and financial matters including add-on acquisitions. He is on the board of several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Dylan worked as an investment banking analyst at Genesis Capital in Atlanta, GA. There he participated in sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for public, private and family-owned clients in the business services, consumer/retail, healthcare, industrial and specialty chemicals industries. Previously, Dylan interned with Deloitte and Touche in their Audit and Enterprise Risk Services division. Dylan graduated with honors from the University of Florida with both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting.
