Oliver Sauer is a Managing Director at Palladio Partners. He has many years of industry experience in the German energy industry. Prior to joining Palladio Partners, he worked for several years as Group Head of M&A and Cooperations at a leading German energy services group. In this role, he was responsible for the implementation of the group's buy & build and internationalization strategy. Previously, he also worked as Group Head of M&A at a German utility company. Additionally, he gained several years of experience as a Director in Global Financial Advisory at a leading global financial services provider. In this role, he advised energy providers, municipal utilities and financial investors on the acquisition or disposal of German and European energy and infrastructure companies. Oliver Sauer holds a Master´s degree in Business Administration (HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management).
